script frenzy | here we go again

If I am once again participating in Script Frenzy, it's time to come up with a plan. Deciding on a story structure or outline is something I failed to do in advance last year, and there were times during the writing process where I felt the pain. I now know to plan ahead and save myself the roadblocks.

But that leaves some important questions. What kind of script do I want to write? Should it be another feature/stage play? Should I do a spec episode (or two) of something? What about several shorts strung together to hit that 100 page mark? All valid options, none jumping out at me.

A writer writes, and I loved the productive churn of last April. It's something I'd love to capture again, if for no other reason than to shake the gloom I feel at the realization that last year's script is the only thing of substance (other than blogging) that I've done, writing-wise, in a year.

Anybody out there got a story they're just dying to see turned into an amateur script? Or suggestions on a format you think I'd love? I can compensate you in grapes or granola.
